This policy explains what data Transkrio (operated by Ricardo Ruiz, Paraguay) collects and why. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Email address, to send your API key and important account notices.
• API usage: the endpoint, the video requested, the result and the time of each request, to count credits and prevent abuse.
• IP address of signup requests, briefly, for rate limiting.
• Billing data is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your email, plan and order status, never your card details.

We do not store your API key in plain text, only a one-way hash.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service, bill for it, prevent abuse and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

• Cloudflare (network and security)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record)
• Our hosting provider (servers)

Retention

Account data is kept while your key exists. Usage logs are kept up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
