Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Transkrio. Try the free tier first: it has the same features as the paid plans.

Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, as long as you have used less than 20% of the credits included in that payment. Renewals can be refunded within 7 days under the same condition. You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future renewals.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Service problems

If an outage on our side prevented you from using credits you paid for, write to us and we will refund or extend your plan, regardless of the conditions above.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
